for those who make many skins for different purposes, or who share a computer with others, i think a feature to download to a different folder on the device would be helpful, also potentially a way to name files before they download. If this is already in place, please teach us how to make use of it, if not it would be a much appreciated feature!

Yeah, like Silabear said, this is up to the browser. I did have plans to support local file system extensions but it seems like every browser has dropped the specs, so it's unlikely this will ever land, but maybe in the future we'll have something better for this.
thanks so much for letting me know, do you know if that's something which can be done on other browsers (my friend uses mozilla firefox and it doesn't work for him)
