i cannot change my banner

idk if its a bug or if im doing something wrong but my current banner is the one with the volcano and for like the past month or so ive been trying to change it to something else, but everytime i do, the seccond i refresh the page, it just resets back to the volcano and it makes me fume a little

please do something or say say something maybe
