Cannot upload any files

I cannot upload any files to PMC as of this morning and have been unable to do so all day. The files are well within the upload limits, I have a good internet connection, I am at my wits end with this issue. I had this happen once before to a single submission which I can no longer update since. I really do not want to lose the ability to edit any of my submissions, that would suck. Any ideas on what is causing this?

This is what goes on for about an hour, at that point I just hit cancel.

Is this still an issue today? This would be extremely frustrating and thank you for your patience and the report.

You mentioned there's a single submission that this happened to and is still happening on. Which one? I want to look into that one first.

Secondly, can you share the files youre trying to upload most recently but instead had to open a ticket on this issue? I'd like to see if there's anything about them in particular.
