As you all know, we've been seeing a lot of blog posts about butter spam, age discrimination, etc.. but seriously, I've think we've heard enough of them.
It seems like once one person writes a blog about something, everyone writes a blog about it to input their opinion. But really, I think it's time we all at least TRIED to write about something original here. Blogs just aren't about rants. It seems like the pop reel blog section is filled with nothing BUT rants. Come on guys, there are more options for blogging here. You could make tutorials, interviews, and even drawings and comics! A blog entry doesn't have to talk about how skins are being stolen, or how SkyDoesMinecraft is annoying, the important point about every single blog on PMC, is that they grab people's attention. I think everyone's tired of the butter rants and the age discrimination. We just need to think, think, think!
If you guys see another overused blog topic, don't read it. It's just going to spam pop reel. Instead of looking DIRECTLY at the pop reel, look at the recent entries. You might find something that's actually really interesting, but nobody seems to notice it because everyone's too busy arguing about butter (Gold).
I'm not saying that every blog entry about butter is bad, it's just that everyone's kinda tired of it. Try coming up with something original!

Jesus christ, you people just don't learn.
This kinda goes for about every blog on PMC. If you don't like reading unoriginal blogs, what I'm basically saying is simple-- don't read them. Super easy, saves time, AND keeps that person who wrote it from having their feelings hurt like I have. Isn't that a nice solution for everyone?

I'm just pointing out that instead of writing about something that has already been on pop reel numerous times, they could try writing about something else. :3
This is actually pretty good advice for clearing out shitposting (it smells like sageru) and tbh, it WOULD work, however, PMC is setup (like many soc/forum sites) in a manner that makes sage'ing shitposters nigh impossible.
Bluntly, we have user accounts, and with them, with have the leveling system that SHOULD correlate to content produced for the community...however, in practice, this is not so.
I get a few EXP for each post I make...regardless of whether it is made on a shitpost topic or something epic. Because I might just be a douche looking to "level up" so I can look like I'm cool, I may just bump every shitpost topic on the site just to gain EXP.
This is inspiring, though, in concept...
I can totally understand. But I didn't really see any of those posts because I was on vacation, so I really didn't know. Some people just tend to rage.
