One of the most common phenomena found in computer games is the supernatural ability of the player. Seriously - practically EVERY single game out there has it, as long as it involves action or combat. And so, below are a few incredible abilities the player possesses in the game that are considered superhuman in real life.
1) Super-strength
An astounding fact about the player's inventory is that the player's full 37 inventory slots can hold up to 4,096 items without overfilling. Holding 4,096 feathers at a time is probably not THAT much of a tough feat in reality, but 4,096 solid one-meter-cubes of diamond - that's downright INSANE. As a single diamond block would weigh something like 3,500 kg - which is equal to the weigh of a small car - 4,096 blocks would weigh something like 14.3 million kg(15,564 TONS). Even the Hulk would be impressed.
2) Superhuman resistance
Another amazing thing about the player is his paranormally tough resistance. For starters, the player can withstand falls of up to 3 meters without taking damage (which is already pretty crazy) and, most astounding of all, survive a fall of up to 19 meters - in other words, living to tell the tale after jumping off a ten-story-building. The player also has a jaw-dropping resistance to heat as well - without armor, the player can survive to up to 19 second aflame, and can survive up to 13 seconds submerged in blazingly hot magma when donning armor.
3) Super-speed
Most people probably don't know about this one, but when flying at full speed in creative mode the player can fly at speeds of up to 39 km/h - about the speed of a car traveling down a road. Even though that doesn't really count as a superpower (I mean, it's CREATIVE MODE) I still kinda wanted to point that out.

P.S.: 8kb is a made up number which might pretty close to the actual amount of memory used to store Steve
A 19 meter fall would definitely kill you but it's not too much of a stretch. 12 meters is close to the mark where you're almost definitely going to die, and below that you may, but injuries may remain permanent or very long-lasting. NASA has some pretty detailed studies on the topic if that interests you. For the purpose of gameplay, it's only a slight logical stretch. If the gravitational force of the planet was slightly different from ours, for example, it'd be possible to survive such a fall.
19 seconds on fire is also pretty reasonable. It's actually quite a low survival time for a fire of moderate intensity. Long-lasting or permanent and severe burns would likely occur but it wouldn't completely kill you by then. Additionally, you aren't always immobile, in an enclosed area, or trapped somewhere with large amounts of fire burning around you. In such a situation oxygen deprivation would probably make you go unconscious before the fire killed you. Lava is definitely pretty crazy though. You'd be dead before you got close enough to actually touch it I'm pretty sure.
Steve really is a literal man of steel xD
You focus on how long it takes to burn away organic material, and you would certainly not die from trauma that quickly unless the fire was absolutely massive. Even then, that might not even kill you first. In most cases, death is caused due to asphyxiation because of the smoke's damage to the lungs. It takes longer for the fire itself to burn your body away. In the game, you're often in a fairly open area. As such, there's more room to escape the smoke which is the primary killer in the short-term.
That being said, 19 seconds is more than enough to allow for infection, loss of fluids, or trauma to kill you in a few hours or days without (or even with, depending on the severity) medical attention. I'm assuming porkchops act as some kind of arcane form of healing haha
