Othersiders (Fanmade Mob Grouping)

Here is a fanmade group of mobs similar to Illagers in the sense that each kind of Othersider is technically a different mob from the other, but are the same species, and are humanoid mobs that use all kinds of weaponry and magic. However, unlike Illagers, Othersiders are otherwise quite different.

Othersiders are natives of the Otherside, a mysterious dimension that lurks well deep into the End, which is a Void in-between realms. They were originally archaic humans who were transported to the realm by whom they call "Ancient Astronauts" and are a concept imported from the Azural Multiverse to the Minecraft Fan Headlore out-of-universe. They utilize highly advanced technology and some NPC Othersiders sometimes act as Deep Dark traders whenever someone crosses the Igenous Cavern-Deep Dark border. Sculkers are a variant of Othersider uniquely created by getting a Crawler to bite an NPC and wait 3 in-game seconds for the transformation to happen.
Necromancers are the descendants of the Voidists that first came to the Atounians and other surviving humans for help and built the Atoun City, only for them to summon their Lord: the Warden, and use the city inhabitants as "offers" for it. Invaders are solider-type Othersiders using a new type of weapon known as Blasters, which are soul-powered ray guns and they don electronic, space suit-like armor. The NPC Othersiders are the only members of the same nation controlled by Sculk Hivemind to have defected from the cult, and joined Minecraftia and the Village. Most Othersiders outside of Sculkers and NPC Othersiders can only be encountered in the Otherside dimension.

Notes:
  • 1. Here is the Othersider page for my Azural Multiverse world from World Anvil for the AM/Original version. There are quite some differences.
  • 2. Amortal is a class of mob that is neither living or undead, and are in some mortality gray area. In this case, Othersiders can be revived should they perish near a sculk catalyst or Otherside Respawn Well and can theoretically live forever. All Sculk Mobs (Sculkers included), the Replicator, and Creative Mode Players are considered this. Healing potions and Damaging ones have no effect on Amortals as a result.
  • 3. While the theory of Warden and Sculk being from an unknown dimension inaccessible by the player is unconfirmed for the actual game, Detective Azura favors this theory in her work simply due to it reminding her of Ultra Beasts from Pokemon (at least in a "Random Eldritch creature jumps out from portal and we aren't sure if it's a normal mob/a real pokemon" way). You can have your version of the Sculk and Warden have a different origin in the work if one so desires, or not have either exist at all. This is for fun.
