Still wondering why Mojang hasn't added this to vanilla yet. Oh well, until they fix it, this'll have to do!

Mechanics
Sneak while holding Bone Meal or drop it to instantly grow your Sugar Cane or Netherwart to the next stage!
If the Sugar Cane is housed beneath a block making it unable to grow more, it'll simply fail.
Bone Meal is only used up if any Sugar Cane/Netherwart has been grown! No need to worry about spamming!
When combined with a dropper, you can create automated farms! Be careful though, as it's still a tad buggy, and less powerful computers will lag. If you plan on using this on multiplayer, I recommend going into sugarcane:block and removing the scantype_item.mcfunction file to prevent potential lag-spikes.
If you ever want to remove the Datapack, be sure to hit the [Disable] button that appears when you do /reload. This will also remove the scoreboards, so no need to worry about clutter!

+ (Should be fixed) Unobtainable Bone Meal as a result of the Sugar Cane growth check!
- If using the drop item method to grow Sugar Cane, it will now only accept a single Bone Meal. Ctr+Q won't work on it!
