PMCer's! We have a lot to cover in this weekly! There's been a lot of activity and amazing submissions, it's almost like it's Christmas or something. We've been enjoying everyone's Wintry and Holiday submissions, as well as the variety of new Community Contest and Events. All of this has put us in the spirit of the holidays, how about you?!

elfie_ and Lxnacorn did a skin collaboration this week! Each of them made an unshaded skin design (before pictures)for each other to shade and detail, following a specific palette theme. Their theme was teal & coral.

A MASSIVE MAP How about a 20k x 21k terrain of Central Asia?! 20017 x 21555 blocks to be exact. The map includes all Central Asia, from northwest Kazakhstan to Cambodia; from southern Pakistan to Lake Baikal in Central Siberia. We're wondering if that's how long it took them to make this! Made by DraperyOfConsciousne, this is their first activity in almost 3 years! Their last project, Italy 1:50 was just as massive of a project but was abandoned due to studies #adulting. TERRIFIC TOOL After a few hundred hours, Mr_Mega_Mango finished creating a 2D Pixel Shape Generator for application in Minecraft! Its' key features include making circles, circular spaced points, lines, polygons and rectangles. It also has a built in coordinate system that makes block by block transfer to Minecraft much easier. There is also a save process that records all calculated shapes and user input and saves it to a .TXT file that can be loaded again or even sent to a friend. SWEET! Click here to see some examples! | CAVE UPDATE.... Kind-of ImCoolYeah105 was tired of waiting around for one of the most demanded Minecraft Updates - CAVES. They took matters into their own hands and created a data pack that adds 34 new cave biomes, new dungeons, underground villages and more! Their pack trended on Reddit, which prompted well-known YouTuber "Wattles" to make an entire video showcasing the Mod! Great work, ImCoolYeah105 and congrats on your YT feature! |

The Christmas Pack by Futureazoo fills your world with Christmas cheer by adding a candy cane themed GUI, placeable snowmen, festive lights on spruce trees, gingerbread cookies, candy cane sugar cane and more! If you're not quite ready for the Christmas vibe (you Grinch, you) then you might want to check out their Winter Pack! Look NO further if you're in search of a Christmas themed Mod. The Noel Mod has everything you need to make your world festive including the ability to craft candy canes, peppermints, Christmas stockings, presents, Christmas lights.... need we say more?! Ok, ok we WILL say more - this mod also includes a functional ADVENT calendar! That's right, punch it daily and receive a gift. Sweeeet! |
| MINECRAFT NEWS BUZZ BUZZ BUZZY BEES is the upcoming Minecraft update and is only 4 Days away!! In the meantime, Minecraft is throwing some bee-themed activities including a live stream where participants get to learn more about bees (schedule pictured to the right). They’re also going to have a community challenge running from December 13th through 15th! Be sure to follow their twitter for detail about this! Lastly, they're releasing all sorts of bee merchandise! Hooray! |  |
