Please remember until we have confirmation from Congress, NetNeutrality is still fighting. We've won twice in the past and a large chunk of congress is for internet freedom, as i've heard. It's bad to freak out before we have answers, so please stay strong <3

Yes, the FCC has voted to repeal Net Neutrality. However, Congress has not had their vote, and there is an 83% opposition to the bill already.

Ajit Pai may have won the battle, but he has not won the war. Please contact you Government representative immediately to get the 83% to 100%!

      We failed

The vote passed. Net Neutrality might be destroyed. Corruption and Greed won today.

EDIT: In my frustration, I forgot to mention one thing: IT'S NOT OVER YET. KEEP FIGHTING. It has to pass through Congress before it goes into effect. It's not over till it's over!

I feel frustrated. I feel depressed. I feel hopeless. It just shocks me. How something like this can be passed.
I don't want to sound like a crazy person calling this the end of the world, but it really feels like the internet might not get through this in one piece.

Enjoy the internet while you can. We'll get through this. Somehow.

Oh, and thanks for ruining everything, Ajit Pai. Way to ruin one of the last bastions of free speech. I hope you're happy.

The internet you know of today may not be the same anymore in less than 48 hours. The sites you enjoy, the games you love, and the videos you watch may become very slow or not even work at all. Net neutrality stops ISPs from interfering with what you browse, watch, view, and more on the internet. Take action now on https://www.battleforthenet.com/ before it's too late. Spread the word if you can!
