When you're assembling 2 months of work in to one blog, and trying not to make it half a book. Also kind of hard to believe that the first part of this adventure has ended today (6th February).

I've started a challenge where I draw for 30 minutes every day for the next 60 days, inspired by the web-manga Beat & Motion (highly recommended!). Would you be interested in seeing a similarly styled blog to my render tutorial, but where I go over stuff I learned from my 60-day drawing challenge?

Will be updating a few old blogs over the weekend to match the aesthetics of the music blog and the render tutorial. Not anything too big, just me wanting to go back and make a few improvements to my earlier work

Quick update: All links on my stuff have been changed from AdFocus to normal Mediafire downloads, which means no more ads.

Why this random change? Because I got annoyed with AdFocus not paying me, so if I earn nothing from the ads, then I'll just remove the ads

Semi-long post ahead about my inactivity on PMC:
I feel like I should say "sorry for the inactivity!" or something, but that would really just keep the current spiral going, so this post will be my attempt to break it.

I think I've made it clear that I will always prioritize my studies above everything else, but that doesn't really justify, that I made a jam and promised that I would upload some stuff etc. And then quit the jam I made, never posted and went silent. Its like inviting people to your birthday party, and being the only one who didn't show up. Can that be justified? No, not really as it really comes down to a matter of 'can you keep the promises you made?', and when it comes to PlanetMinecraft, I can't, so I will stop making promises on PMC

I've had in my mind, that I should make a post saying "Thank you for 1.000 subscribers!" – yet typing or saying it feels completely empty to me; i feel more excited making a grocery list. I appreciate that people like the content that has been posted on the Stubbs1 profile, but please note my wording here: "On the Stubbs1 profile", instead of saying "My profile". While it may seem a bit meta, saying "Stubbs1 is just a profile, a character" while literally being on set profile, and in set character, this equally is why I feel nothing, no regret or responsibility, when I leave without saying anything, mere days after making a jam to celebrate hitting 1.000 subscribers.

The essence of this post is that, the Stubbs1 PMC profile is like an aesthetic to me; its the guitar that you see in every 2016 emo teen room, its in the corner all dusty, horribly maintained and the person who owns it doesn't care to learn or pick up the guitar; it simply exists at the mercy of the environment, only being picked up occasionally when a random burst of illusionary motivation appears, because they saw someone who they like play guitar. There is no spark, there is no interest; the only interest present, is the interest of others.

I commissioned YokaiS to create this 3D model inspired by my avatar complete with texturing and rigging in both Blockbench & Blender. He's awesome and so is YokaiS! They are working on a portfolio.

It started as a joke with moderators that I should become an influencer / vtuber on social media. Silabear recommended YokaiS could do the model and now here we are.

What comes next?! Not sure the whole influencer thing is for me but... maybe some fun animations or at least poses will come.
