It has now been ten years since I released my first adventure map Assassin of Steve!

To celebrate, I have released a special 10th Birthday edition of the map, which can be downloaded on the map's Planet Minecraft page. In it, the spawn rate of all mobs has been increased by 10x! This is a challenge designed for large multiplayer groups.

In addition, I will just spread a big thank you for the awesome community that has formed around Assassin of Steve as well as my other projects such as a little datapack named BlazeandCave's Advancements Pack. To everyone who has contributed to the Assassin of Steve Wiki, to those who have worked on fan-made spinoffs where the maps are modified with new challenges and stories, and to those who have gotten excited and hyped for the prequel The Ender War.
Once again, happy ten years, and here's to more years to come!

The color palette of the striped wolf is kinda kicking my butt ngl.
I think I'm gonna go with the first variant even though it has super little detail.
What do you think?

I'm afraid the chestnut wolf will be even harder

Both look great but I think for simplicity I’d go with the top version. Although that bottom one has a closer pallette it seems noisier.

It may be 8 months overdue, but I rewrote the Morph Datapack! In addition to being way more optimized than before, the amount of available morphs and skins has also doubled! I hope you give it a try if you haven't already! 😁

I wanted to bug y’all and say another one of those sappy messages, but maybe even just get it to words for myself.

It may be difficult to properly understand self reliance or self care but if people around you or something about yourself does not help support that then I don’t believe it is good for you. My closest friends are the ones that allow me to network with other filmmakers for an entire party and then we all debrief because we can trust that these fellas at the end are my rock. I’m in a tough struggle myself, so many responsibilities or expectations and the last thing I want to do is put my own sleep on the line to try and perfect a paper I need to submit. When i do that it only makes me worse in the longer run, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg and its not this simple.

My only recommendation is just to always focus on yourself. Maybe you need to play Minecraft just to relax and refresh your motivation, maybe you should just stay in rather than force yourself to hang out because that’ll make you only more exhausted. Just understand your worth, no matter how much you are able to accomplish.
You are worth it. 💙💚
