Happy Wednesday! This is just a mid week reminder that there's still time to create an entry into the Maze Making Contest! ALL Skill levels are encouraged to give it a shot! You can have a completed entry in just under a few hours, since the machine does a lot of the heavy work for you!

1. Download the Maze Maker Deluxe. This starter map contains templates - the elements that will compose your maze.
Build your walls, corridors, traps, challenges and more! Easy peasy.

2. Draw the maze layout in the provided map chests.

3. Compile the maze by pressing the button!

4. Submit your entry!

Wall posts keep proving to me that the site is devolving from what I found to be so great about it when I joined. I understand fully well that the "headpat profile pictures" etc. in the world are just for fun, but it really feels like it also detracts from every other aspect of the site. I keep being confused as to why the site's community desires their primary shared interest to be "shitposting" or the akin - I understand that it has its place, but it feels really unfortunate to see such dominate the site's activity, not only in terms of wall posts but also in terms of forums and other interactions. The joke dies oh so quickly when it consumes the populous of the entire site and when it keeps running, it honestly feels like a distraction from the wonderful creations and works that are still present on the site. Maybe I am just growing too old for this, but it really does feel like the unfortunate reality of the site's current landscape. And while I understand that such is the present iteration of the community, it does make me long for days where the content seemingly was in focus and even chat interactions etc. focused on that. How times have changed.

Who's familiar with Advent Calendars? They're quite fun if you ask us, and a great way to kick off and celebrate the month of December! Did you know they date back to 19th century in Germany? The first one was made in 1851!

Advent calendars are a special calendar used to count the days until Christmas. Some are 24 days, some are longer, counting down the days until the New Year. The point is, every day of December you get a treat. Modern days you can find Advent Calendars of various themes ranging from different chocolates to different toys.
