I want to say this again I know I said this somewhere else a long time ago.

Don't be afraid to tell someone no when you don't feel like doing something.

By doing that your giving that person permission to walk all over you. I'll say I just experienced this and I'm telling you it doesn't feel good, at all. ._.

Right now manipulation is a huge thing, and people if they can reach you and guilt trip you, and if you don't say no.

I know, saying 'No' is so hard. Especially when the thing they've asked you to do isn't really bad, but you just don't want to do it.

Here are some examples of guilt tripping for those who don't know. 'You have to walk over there with me, I feel like everyone is looking at me when I do that' or 'You have to ask them. I've asked the past few times' (When the past few times was only one time and you didn't even want the thing they asked for then for) Or 'You can't make me do this alone.'

I'll just say. If you don't have practice saying no already learn how to. Saying no isn't being rude by the way. You can start with something like 'Nah, I'd rather not, but thanks for wanting to include me.' If they go on again make your smile a little smaller. 'no thanks.' and if they go further (Or get mad) You take the smile off your face and say 'No'

I know its hard. Even I am still learning. But, really. If you don't say 'no' than they can see that they can push you around. And it hurts. A ton.

If you really respect yourself as a person say 'no.'

I fucking hate my dog's old groomer

we should of sued her. She cut the shit out of her on purpose 
she'd always blame us for mistreating her and saying she'd come in matted and she'd have to shave her as much as she could
I remember how horrified me and my mum were when we walked in early and caught her holding my dog's eyes open and running a razor over them

Now my dog is terrified of the whole grooming process and I cant give her a simple haircut without getting my skin ripped off. I know it's not the dog's fault she's just scared

That groomer is still hurting other dogs too and everyone just seems to think its fine
