    hello, it feels like I haven’t been on here in forever but something touched me that got me raging and I feel like more people should be aware of this

    North Carolina just passed a bill to make wearing masks for heath reasons illegal.
    I am severely immune compromised, let’s say I’d like to go to a concert or convention in NC. I cannot protect myself.

    people with cancer and who have received chemo for their condition need to wear a mask in order to not be isolated. this new law doesn’t affect my every day but it should scare us all

    Just liek the 30's era bill that outlawed public masking in the first place, this one seems aimed at various organized criminal and hate group activity.

    I’ve been thinking about leaving the site honestly, i don’t really have friends or mutuals on here, I don’t post content anymore and I’m probably not going to. my plan for the mean time is just only/ primarily make minecraft related posts although this is basically a ranty minecraft twitter for queers and hyper fixations im pretty sure no one wants to always read my random rambles

    I know that we've never talked to each other before but I can relate to how you feel. I don't have that many friends on here either, I'd like to make friends but I'm absolutely terrified like idk what to do or say to people aaaa.

    I'd love to be your friend, but I can also understand if you want to leave the site or take a break. Your personal mental and physical health is way more important than PMC, but I can guarantee that there are people who will miss you and be sad to see you go, I think a lot of people are nervous about reaching out.

    When it comes to posts, you should post things that you enjoy posting. If people don't like them then we'll that's their problem and you don't need to worry about them. Focus on what you enjoy and in time you'll meet like minded people.

    alright I’ve now studied the Wilbur Shelby case and it’s pretty unclear what has actually happened but Wilbur’s attempt at an “apology” was so fucking laughable here were my highlights;

    I have really bad anxiety, we’re going be staying in an airbnb house for a week for vacation, I have to share a suitcase and I have no idea what to expect. all that to say does anyone have any advice for going on a trip, like things they do to cope at a new place, comfort things to pack, ect? sorry for random spam

    and maybe bring something small from your home? like a little trinket, or a stuffed animal or something,,,,,, i find that makes it a bit less scary and new since there’s something you recognise
