Version 3 is now available, make sure to redownload!

You can NOT just drag this file into the datapacks folder! Use "Extract here" and copy the contents of the appearing folders into the folders "data" and "datapacks" inside your world folder!

This datapack adds ships, which can be found out on the oceans while exploring. Some of them will welcome you, others will probably not like it if you come abord. There are a total of 5,440 diffrent possible combinations which can be generated (not counting the random loot). Current version v3 is for Minecraft 1.13.2.

Download the .zip archive and use "Extract here". Then copy the contents of the appearing folderes into the folders "data" and "datapacks"! You might want to turn off the commandblock output and log admin commands gamerules.

Technical Information
Due to Minecrafts limitations, I had to use the existing big ocean ruins (not the guardian monuments) to determin the location where ships can be generated. You can use the command /locate Ocean_Ruin to find them (Also locates the small one, which won't have ships above them). The contents of the folder: put my contents in the folder named data are map files from 30200 to 30208. These will replace all maps with these IDs in this world! Normaly this shoud not be a problem, only if you have maps with such high ID numbers. In this case just don't add them to the folder.

This pack is incompatible with all datapacks, which modify the preexisting ocean ruins (not the guardian monuments).

This is awesome, I wish they would add more unique village types like this into the vanilla game I think it would fit perfectly
i love it! totally decided to use this for a singleplayer world over another datapack that interfered with it, though im curious, if you have a 1.14 version planned where the illiger sailors could have pillagers as well as vindicators? that would be amazing!

Glad to hear that! Make sure to download it again, I updated it to fix a small bug.

Yes, a 1.14 version is planned. And you guessed it, there will be Pillagers on the Illager ships!
This is a really cool datapack but it doesn't work all the time I keep finding command and structure blocks in the sky. Other than that super cool
