I am hosting a Build Contest, deadline is March 19th. If you are at all interested, you should try it out. all are welcome

One Madison Avenue is a tower in the heart of Manhattan, situated near Madison Square Garden and the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower (built in 1909, designed by Napoleon LeBrun and Sons, and was the tallest building in the world from 1909 to 1913, now used for residential), of which this project uses its base. Designed by Daniel Libeskind, this new tower on the opposite corner was meant to be a green residential tower, filled with luxury condominiums, and opening up the tower to reveal gardens and green roofs that the residents could enjoy. This project was cancelled, though a new One Madison Tower has been built on a site adjacent to this.

sorry, stairs were added after, and had to be fitted into what was already there, so there may be some issues. when in doubt, use the ladders lol
