Well, with this data pack you can combine all the tools into the Multitool.
Features
The Multitool can always break blocks meant for the axe, hoe, pickaxe or shovel, no matter what form it is currently in.
If you look at a block, the Multitool switches to a tool suited for that block like an axe to strip logs or a shovel to create paths.
When sneaking while looking at tillable blocks, the Multitool swaps to a hoe, so you can create fresh farmland.
You can enchant the Multitool!
It supports any enchantment that you can normally put onto a tool.
The Multitool has 3 times the durability of a regular tool made from the same material.
Mutlitool even supports resource packs, like this one by Dukette, it turns the Multitool into a halberd!
How to get
To craft a Multitool, you just need to combine all four types of tools of the same material in the crafting grid.

touching it from the upperside of the block doesnt work so if i wanna mine dirt i have to mine 2 blocks down touch the side of the block then the shovel appears
it doesnt really matters on any other block but it matters soo much on dirt
so i deleted the hoe funcion file
its not gonna matter right?
To remove the switching to the hoe, you'd need to touch the logic in /data/ps-multitool/functions/multitool_tick.mcfunction.
Bro i am using it in my private server but sometime when i use it it doesnt switch i have to look into another block then it switch is it a glitch i am just asking is it. glitch cause now i think about it most of
the times that happened i was crouching
1 last thing is there any datapack for these in version 1.20.2 dukettes texture pack is in version 1.20.
