Peridot XJ9's "Gotta Catch 'Em All" Kanto Community Skin Collection Contest! [Complete?]

Hello everybody! Welcome to the World of Pokemon! My name is Professor Eli Wolftree, even though I'd just prefer to be called Eli. I'm not going through the whole shtick of what a Pokemon is, but I have a task for all of you skinners/trainers out there! You guys are in charge of making one of the many Pokemon in the Kanto region and to work together so that we can complete the PMC National Pokedex! Heck, from this collection alone, someone out there will be safe knowing that we've got a Pokemon skin just for them!
"But Eli," You Magikarps may ask. "How does this contest work, anyways? I mean, what am I supposed to do!? I'm confused!" Well, right below this patch of grass are a bunch of rules explaining how the contest works (Of course, there has to be some rules!):
The Pokemon skin must be newly made by you and only you for the sole-purpose of this contest. Your entry is qualified if it meets the requirements and you use this icon of my gemstone somewhere in your post (Just copy/paste it. It's that simple!): 
You may only pick one Pokemon from the list of Pokemon below the rules. You can participate again for other regions of a specific month, like if you were in the Kanto contest before, you can still be in the Johto one next time. Your Pokemon skin must be in it's original form. No mega skins, shiny skins, Alolan skins, Gijinka/humanized/teen skins, etc. Just like the Bin Skin contest, I don't want to see any quality of skins that are so low they might as well be shattered and thrown into the abyss of never-ending agony. All contests have to end sometime, and the deadline for this one is September 15th, 2018. Any late participants won't be counted at all unless they have a valid reason for being late right before the deadline, such as vacations, being sick, etc. Have fun! This is a non-competitive contest, but the best-looking one of the month will get a sweet-looking trophy, and free blog or drawing request! Besides that fact, there are no clear winners or losers.
Judging:
Thankfully, I'm going to be the only judge for this contest, and I will grade your Pokemon out of 10 points (10 being the best) through these qualities on your submission's comment page:
Technique - Does it look like the Pokemon you based it on?
Quality - Does it look pretty at all?
Functionality - Could a person actually use this in all versions of Minecraft and would still retain it's charm?

Yay! Machamp's been added too! Just to let y'all know, you can still comment on this forum if you're willing to make a Kanto skin for it (and possibly make both a Johto and Hoenn skin as well).

Well, if you're willing to join this contest, you might as well try your best and be willing to edit your skin a lot if it's truly at low quality. But besides that, sure! This contest is also meant to help improve skinners who are up to the challenge, anyways. What Pokemon would you like and what editor do you use (I ask this just to see if your skinning is only limited to a program's capabilities or you really do need improvement)? :3

Aw, it's alright! I extended the contest due date by two weeks, so take as much time as you need! Similarly, I remember getting a lack of motivation for doing blogs/skins/etc. plenty of times, especially when there isn't as big of a fan push to keep me going. Since you have a very valid reason for being unable to finish up Ninetales, I'll give you permission to work past the due date if necessary. There's no rush anymore to get these skins done after the due date, and once the Johto part of the contest begins, I'll still accept Kanto entries that aren't finished or still need to be caught. Ninetales fans are counting on you to make this skin look cool, and they'll love you for doing so. Remember, just take your time and have fun! I'll give you the motivation to keep going if you need it, and if not, that's okay too! I'll try my best to make everything work out in the end for you :D
