You automatically give yourself a diamond upon submitting a skin - I don’t care to remove it, so if that counts, sure.
Have you ever downvoted someone else's skin? (Skindex)

I never used Skindex.
Have you ever used a base without giving credit?

No, I have made mistakes related to giving proper credit where credit is due in my early days - but using a skin base is not something I remember doing.
Have you ever reposted someone else's skin?

No, I don’t think I have. I might misremember this, however, it’d then be at least 6 years ago.
Have you ever traced someone else's skin without giving credit?

I have tried to stay away from doing this. A long time ago, I did make a skin that had parts that was very reminiscent of Leostereo’s fantastic apocalypse skin. While definitely not traced, I will mention that I think it might as well fall under this category.
Have you ever insulted someone else's skin?

Yes, lol. In some situations, it was taken as an insult while that definitely wasn’t the intent.
Have you ever complimented someone else's skin and not meant it?

Probably - I can’t come up with examples though. I mostly try to be honest when I critique someone’s skin - if there is something I don’t like and they ask for feedback - I will bring it up. So I don’t like to compliment something unless I feel like it’s deserved.
Have you ever shaded using only noise?

For joke skins, of course lol, who hasn’t?! As Usumi put it best, noise is the skinner’s best friend.
Have you ever followed/subscribed to someone solely because they were hosting a contest you participated in, and only followed them for the duration of that contest?

No. I wouldn’t follow/subscribe to someone just because they’re hosting a contest I am participating in, in the first place. I like to keep my subscriptions to stuff I like or have some interest in.

Have you ever reported a skin out of spite?

No.

His most recent project, Infinity Project, includes a self-building metropolis: a real functioning terraforming Redstone device.

What kind of validation is it to get diamonds, just for the sake of someone giving out diamonds, perhaps through diamond-spamming, and not because you did well. I know it's seen as a kind gesture, but does it really amount to as much, if the diamond is given for the sake of "diamond-spamming" and not because you did well?

Perhaps you could call some form of spam diamonds empty diamonds: They're just given out without much attention to what is given to. Diamond spamming, is in its essence a way to support someone, and I totally get that - but diamond spamming, also just makes it tough to distinguish between what someone enjoyed, and what is just an automated "empty-diamond". Obviously, spam diamonds can also be pure appreciation, it's just much tougher, at least for me, to distinguish.

Diamond for the sake of showing a person you appreciate their work and not just for the sake of spamming them, regardless of what it is.

Whelp, it has come time after many years that I will be heading off to college. Essentially what that means for here is that my posts will be rather infrequent... even more so than already. I intend to still be somewhat active in the community beyond that though, if I can.

Also, I will be studying architecture in uni. You guys should let me know if you want to at all hear about that... could fairly easily make posts or blogs about it all.

HTT_Ayv4 is making a huge skin bundle of touhou skins. The skin pack will, when it's finished, include an astonishing amount of skins - currently 55 skins can be found in the packs (+extra skins), with way more quality content to come.

I highly recommend checking his touhou pack out. Let's give him some love for his incredible dedication and effort (:
