Thanks so much for taking the time to actually read the terms and share your thoughts — most people don’t, and this kind of feedback is genuinely helpful.

You’re absolutely right that anyone uploading should think carefully about the licence they’re under and only share content they have the rights to upload. We definitely don’t want people uploading skins that are under strict or incompatible copyright licences.

A couple of clarifications about how our terms are intended to work:

• You keep full ownership of anything you upload.
  
  
• The broad licence is there so we can technically run the site: host skins, display them, cache them, show them in search, and (where relevant) feature them in promos or embeds.
  
  
• The licence is non-exclusive, so you’re free to use, share, or sell your work elsewhere as you wish.

That said, I completely understand your concern — the current wording is quite broad and might read harsher than what we intended. Based on feedback like yours, I'll be reviewing that section to try and make it clearer and more creator-friendly while still covering the technical realities of running the platform.

I respect your decision not to proceed with an account, but if you ever want to revisit things, you’d be very welcome. Either way, thanks again for the thoughtful comment and for checking out the site.

That's great to hear. Although considering the harsh licence grant terms provided, it would be unwise to share content on that website regardless, unless the user wishes to handout their work without much else. Especially those under strict copyright licenses. I don't think I will proceed with the account, but best of luck.

The Generator page and AI respective verbiage in the Privacy Policy has been removed. Please contact me via the contact form on the site if you find any remnants of AI verbiage–I will be happy to remove it.

Hello AvatarKage, thank you for taking interest in my site! As a designer myself I don't support AI generated art. I experimented with coding one as an experiment before having the site go live and forgot to remove the respective content from the website. I will be removing the generator page from the site. This site is meant to be a curated library of original skins by great artists.

I take that back. They support AI generated material and have made it indirectly clear in their Terms of Service they may use uploaded content for training.
