Election day is Tuesday--for all my US-based readers. If you're eligible to vote and haven't yet voted by mail, you can still vote on election day if you've registered before your state's deadline.

Make sure you have a voting plan! Pick out your polling place ahead of time and pick a time to go. Bring a snack and some water in case you have to wait.

Make your voice heard. Every vote counts! :)

Get involved in a community-led PMC tradition—SSPBL's palette contests are back, and Season 9 is in full swing! Week 1 just wrapped up, and now you can step in and help decide who advances to Week 2!

PBL is an exciting, bracket-style competition where participants face off in weekly rounds, each with a fresh and challenging palette that pushes their skinning skills to the limit. The best part? YOU get to vote on who moves forward, so your voice shapes the competition! Oh and watch for a twist...

Head over to CAST YOUR VOTES and help crown the Season 9 champion!

Happy Friday, PMC!

We've revamped our Site Rules with new sections focused on Social Interactions and Moderation— to help make the platform more welcoming and transparent for everyone.

✅ What’s new?

• Our content rules remain the same, but the Social section is all about outlining what’s already been happening naturally but wasn't documented! This is to help newcomers understand how to engage positively and give everyone a clearer reference point. Ideally, if it helps prevent even small misunderstandings or frustrations, it's a win.

• The Moderation section provides some insight into our responsibilities and actions. It's one small step towards offering transparency so you know how we keep the community fun, safe, and respectful. We're working on a larger update to this end.

We’re also compiling FAQs to make your PMC experience even smoother for both new members and exploring features of our platform! You can help us out by posting in this forum. Just prepend your thread title with “FAQ:” and—bonus points!—if you can provide the answers in your thread. Every contribution helps the community grow stronger and helps us understand what needs to be answered!

Let’s keep building an awesome community together.

Hey, all! Just a friendly reminder that if you're 18 and living in the US, now is a great time to register to vote or check your registration if you previously registered. Women's and worker's rights, defending against climate change, protecting immigrants, and so much more are on the ballot this presidential election.

Last election there were cases where only a few thousand votes made the difference, so if you think your voice doesn't matter--it does!

Here's a better sneak peek as to what's coming!

Announcing something huge soon!

So thankful for all my friends on the staff team weeding through wall posts, especially this month.

Homophobes really be like "why does pride get a whole month" and "where's straight pride month" on main and everything. Gonna start asking them if they'd say the same thing about Black History Month or Women's History Month.

Be nice to each other. Celebrate individuality and love. Happy Pride, everyone! :)

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm so thankful for all the wonderful people I've met and friends I've made here. The mod team is truly a second family to me.

Especially thankful for Palaeos. So excited to have him here with me. We're moving into our own apartment next week! :)

I saw Berrymxxn do one of these and it seemed fun to compare with other people, so here's mine + a blank one!

Hot take: No one owes you an explanation about why they blocked you. If you find people are blocking you often, please consider that you are likely the problem.

Just tired of browsing wall posts and seeing these braindead takes about how people should be afforded explanations. Lol
