I love that we get this peep war thing but honestly,,,sigh. a lot of kids have found loopholes, I normally get at my school on time but by time I get there everything's gone already because kids get to school as soon as first bell rings to open or they go to tutpring to search early, very annoying.

Why do some people think that because a skin has 6 extra pixels on the eyes it's automatically a bad skin? people put just as much effort into what some people would dub a "teen skin" as they do skins without those 6 extra pixels.

As someone who's been making skins with unusual colors and eye shapes, I too have heard comments like those, my answer's always the same, different styles for different tastes.
Personally I either do big 2x2 pixel eyes or odd shapes, for a plethora of reasons, main ones being color options and expressions, but 1x2 eyes, dot eyes, NO eyes, etc... are all fine choices too, they may not always be to my taste but it doesn't make the skin bad either.

I totally agree with you, different skins suite different styles and like you I personally prefer the depth that the bigger eyes have because it lets you experiment with complementary colours!!

i like bigger eyes on my own skins because they aren't just...one white pixel, one blue pixel, they have more depth imo
i think the small eyes work on skins with more mature/darker character concepts & "teen" eyes work really well on portraying youthful/bright characters

there's a place for every skin style, including teen skins. they aren't less than </3

ai 'art' (if we dare call it that) only have ONE possibly good outcome for me (and this is ofc if a lot of issues are fixed, mainly unwanted artists art being used to help train the computers) and that's that I think it can be used as a very, very good source for possible inspiration for actual artists.

Let's also drop the ai artists term, you guys (ai artist) aren't actually doing anything if you just type in a prompt and get an image like bffr your just lazy and need to get a life w. all due disrespect. Art takes time and effort and if you cant bring yourself to do that and all you can do is create an image from some bot, you arnt an artist and neither is the bot that created it.

like, dude, i'm actually putting some thought into LEARNING here. i'm not mashing words on software that is built on AND ENCOURAGES ITS USERS into taking other people's art WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION AND WITHOUT OFFERING THEM ANY MANNER OF COMPENSATION and throwing it into an algorithm for a shitty excuse of a "tool" because those that use it want to play to be artists but can't be bothered to put some thought into learning how to use a pencil, or a mouse, or hell, even sand
