just came across your question by mistake^^
It is a wrong sentence but probably supposed to mean either "Hail, in the name of the glorious Disciplina" disciplina the minor godess (see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disciplina)
or "glorious greetings in the name of disciplina"
as I said its wrong from start so I only can assume whats meant but I am quite sure WLhokies just altered "ave gloriosa in nomine satanas" here which is also wrong but used quite often on the internet although I am also unsure what folks wanna say when using it
