Loosely based on a real-life Revolutionary War-era building, this low, roughly-built wooden tower is home to a woodsman or ranger. Equally fitting in a city or out in the wilderness, this small and somewhat ungainly structure is fully furnished and can easily be dropped into any map.
I am making this schematic available to the public so others can use them in projects of their own.
As with all my projects, designed to be used with the JohnSmithLegacy texture pack.
Feedback is very welcome so leave a comment if you find this interesting or useful. Like what you see? Click on the "diamond" in the upper left.
If you like this design, please check out sone of my other projects, such as the Walled Medieval Town, my Motte & Bailey Castle, the Abandoned Farm, the Greenfeathers Inn and the Hill Manor. Or check out my Valley of the Knock landscape or any of my other dozen-plus designs and sharable assets.
You are welcome to use this design in any non-commercial mod or design of your own. If you make the project available to the public, please give me proper attribution for my work and link to my PMC member page. Also, I would appreciate if you would provide me with a link to any publically-available project using my work.

I'm on a Minecraft sabbatical for the time being (need time to recharge the imagination before I start to build new stuff) so unfortunately there won't be any new releases in the immediate future, but have patience, new stuff will be coming eventually.
Unless you mean, "how did I get it so the water not only laps around the edges of my buildings but also keeps going until it is out of sight, creating the impression of an endless ocean, as opposed to an island floating in nothingness." The answer to that is "Water World mode" on the advanced tab of chunky. Fiddle with the height so the water is at the same level as the ground of your design and then turn it on; instant ocean.
This "trick" is something I only really mastered in the last couple of weeks. You can see here, for instance (look to the right of the image), that I still hadn't figured out its usefulness ;-)
* warning: responses not guaranteed to actually contain an answer.
I'm pretty sure I used Still Water: Unchecked (to get that nice ripple effect) and Clear Water: Unchecked (so the ocean looks nice and deep)
I actually think this is one of the rare buildings looks nicer in Minecraft than it does in Chunky. I just couldn't find a complimentary angle for this hut. I'm glad somebody liked it. Thanks!
