The end of WW2 was an inevitable outcome of Hitler's regime. The Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS had been pushed to their limits, all the way back to the capital of Nazi Germany: Berlin. The soldiers still continued to fight under a strict oath of no surrender. The capitulation of the Third Reich was soon to come, as Soviet and American forces pushed inward to the city. German soldiers were put into small squads of 6-10 men in an area, ordered to kill anything that would threaten the safety of Berlin.
