I CANT SLEEP I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT KINITOPET 👹👹👹

My boyfriend says I need to talk to someone else i trust about my life problems, but i genuinely need advice as to how to get someone like that in my life.

He suggested my parents, but after many years of trying, it appears to be impossible to have a valuable conversation with them. It always is filled with either some sort of manipulation, argument or yelling.

and my brothers, well they would bully me, and my older brother who it would be most appropriate to talk about such things would blackmail me with any information i gave him.
(i can confirm this, this is not an exaggeration)

Then he suggested any other adults, but i don't know any of them either.
No communication with adults at schools is private in the way you need it to be, so that doesnt work.

I don't have any friends irl to tell their parents about my problems, and it would be very difficult to reconnect with old friends as i cant quite "trust" their parents as you would with someone you know.

I cant talk with my uncle, he turns everything into an argument.

when i talk to my therapist she listens but cannot suggest any ways of combating the issues plaguing my existence as she seems to have no applicable suggestions for my situation, always.

I cannot recall any other adults i would ever be able to contact.

I cant talk to my boyfriend about the things that truly bother me as a person and in my life, as he has stated (and i agree) the burden of that is simply too great.

It might sound way too personal that i am telling people i barely know this, but i need your help.

I'm NOT asking for you to be my trauma dump or life coach, but simply for you to suggest innovative ways i can deal with this problem in a more socially adept way, maybe by finding out who in my real life could fill this role. I need suggestions, and I need them desperately.

Y'all ever have a day of just pure nostalgia?
One of my buddies invited me to their birthday. Capture the flag, two teams of 6, one giant forest, no limits to where it can be hidden, a solid four hours of hiding, running, and searching for flags. But that isn't even the crazy part! During the game, I came across a group of old friends who I haven't seen in years! None of them knew that any of us were planning to be there, all of us just so happened to visit the same forest at the same time.
I visited a lot of places that I haven't visited in even 7 years, and watched a few episodes of ATLA with the aforementioned friends.
MAN today was a good day. :D
