Let your imagination simmer and let's see what you've got for us to try.
PLEASE change the logo to a pixel consistent one🙏 i know youve had that one for a long time but PLEASE 😭 it would look way better and wouldnt be all that different (no offense)
Well, a jam is a PMC feature that allows people to submit skins, texture packs, maps, etc. often going off of a theme. This one in particular is autumn/fall themed. It will likely be held during… well… Fall!
Help bring our upcoming October in-game event to life by creating a festive NPC skin! Think scarecrow farmers, pie vendors, wandering storytellers, anyone you'd meet at a cozy Fall celebration. Give them a name, a location in the festival, and maybe even a few fun lines of dialog. Your creation could become part of the festival world!
We're gearing up for an exciting Fall Festival on Planet Minecraft, and we need your creativity to make it spectacular! Join the Planting Season Jam by contributing builds, blogs, or art inspired by autumn themes like harvest, cozy vibes, and festive celebrations.
How to Participate:
Builds & Assets: Create structures or decorative items that capture the essence of fall.
Blogs & Art: Share stories, ideas, or artwork envisioning the perfect fall festival.
Submission Guidelines:
Theme: Focus on autumn-related concepts—think pumpkins, falling leaves, and harvest festivals.
Format: Provide your creations as Minecraft maps, schematics, or blog posts.
Compatibility: Ensure builds are compatible with Minecraft Java version 1.21.5.
I know there is a thread somewhere, or a ticket with these requests but I decided to make a wallpost for this as well. From now until I get off work tomorrow(roughly 24-30 hours from now) I am taking requests for new classes to be added to PMC.
When I add them I'll decide on a what level to make it, though you are free to suggest it with your request, and then I'll reply to the comment asking for it confirming it to be added. I reserve the right to reject any request without explanation, mostly to not be mean about it, but keep in mind these are for the community, not in jokes. The requests must also be single word and the first letter will be capitalized.
Edit: I'm done adding from the comments here, I wont be accepting new requests in these comments, if yours wasnt added you are free to request it through the normal ways we have typically done this, it doesnt mean it will be added still.
I have added all of these classes between this thread, my own ideas, and the 2 requests that ended up inspiring me to make this post:
Unfortunately there are some backend issues with this so while I have added all of the below classes, they may not work at this time, once the backend issue is fixed they should all work:
Yes, and from the way Paril was talking about it the specific issue is not an easy fix but really only effects this thing so it may be quite a while unfortunately.

We've revamped our Site Rules with new sections focused on Social Interactions and Moderation— to help make the platform more welcoming and transparent for everyone.
✅ What’s new?
Our content rules remain the same, but the Social section is all about outlining what’s already been happening naturally but wasn't documented! This is to help newcomers understand how to engage positively and give everyone a clearer reference point. Ideally, if it helps prevent even small misunderstandings or frustrations, it's a win.
The Moderation section provides some insight into our responsibilities and actions. It's one small step towards offering transparency so you know how we keep the community fun, safe, and respectful. We're working on a larger update to this end.
We’re also compiling FAQs to make your PMC experience even smoother for both new members and exploring features of our platform! You can help us out by posting in this forum. Just prepend your thread title with “FAQ:” and—bonus points!—if you can provide the answers in your thread. Every contribution helps the community grow stronger and helps us understand what needs to be answered!
Let’s keep building an awesome community together.
We typically avoid discussing sensitive situations publicly, but the recent case between an off-site group and member has understandably caused significant confusion, frustration, and disappointment regarding the incident itself and how it was handled by all parties involved. Given the timing and complexity of the case, careful consideration was necessary to investigate and determine the appropriate response. While I genuinely empathize with everyone involved, I am also disappointed with how the situation was managed.
Brief of the incident Late last week, a private situation became public when a targeted member posted about a group of members investigating them for various serious allegations. The targeted member views themselves as the victim, while some members of the group also see themselves as victims. The group was on a third party platform and investigation conducted in private there. When information from this group leaked, the target decided to post about it publicly on our platform. Understandably, this has left many members feeling confused, frustrated, and upset having heard one side of the story. In addition, we were blamed for not doing more.
Could it be prevented? In general, our policy is to consider but not moderate based on unverifiable third-party activities. This can be frustrating for both the reporter and us. We always review and consider the evidence, but we must remember that things can be taken out of context, manipulated, or even fabricated. In these cases, we recommend reporting the activity to the third-party platform where it can be verified and necessary actions taken. If we can correlate or link the reported activity to what is happening on our platform, we will consider taking further action here. However, if there's nothing to support the activity on our platform, it is difficult to justify taking action. In this particular case, while we could verify that a group existed on a third-party platform, we were unable to see their discussions, and it didn't feel right to assume it was malicious rather than existing for valid reasons. Ultimately, what they discussed in private was beyond our control.
What can we do to help prevent similar situations from happening? This is a one of a kind incident for us in the past 14 years and we'll learn from it. This incident has been challenging for everyone involved, highlighting the need for more information on how to properly report, prevent and address conflicts within our community. While we stand by our policy of not moderating based on unverifiable third-party activities, we recognize that more can be done to support all parties involved and to maintain trust within the community.
Moving forward, we are committed to improving our guidelines, support systems, and moderation practices to ensure that incidents like this are handled more effectively. We are always open to suggestions on how to improve. We deeply regret the confusion, frustration, and disappointment that this situation has caused, and we appreciate the community's patience as we work to learn from this experience and make necessary changes. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment for everyone, and we are dedicated to doing better in the future.
We concluded our own investigation on information available and have taken actions that we deem to be appropriate at this time.
Im sick of all this bigotry. If you are intending to post some ridiculous homophobic/transphobic nonsense kindly just submit a ticket asking for your account to be deleted. Honestly if I have to choose between dealing with bots or banning people for bigotry I am going to ban the bigots before the bots (dont worry I have time for both)
For the non losers on this site, thanks for being nicer to your fellow person, feel free to DM me any concerns, ping me or report any bigotry and dont engage with them, leave the headache and the mental gymnastics to me.
Your post was removed because we dont allow polls as blogs, make a wall post or forum post instead. If you wish to discuss moderation beyond this either DM me or make a ticket, I'll deleted further replies about it.
You stated that you did not have permission for the texture pack in your comments and provided no proof you had permission on the post itself the first time. I have not touched your new post as I saw you have permission, next time you have content removed for breaking the rules discuss it with the moderator via private message instead of reposting it as we can always restore posts and if found to repost something and it still breaks the same rule you are likely to be banned the second time.
That all being said please stop commenting unrelated stuff on my posts, this is not the place for appeals as I have said.
i posted it again becase it was not right to attack my map port i said in the map desription that i had gotten premision to do it on the first one and now ive added even more proof so leave my map port alone
I am not discussing your moderation here, you can make a ticket to appeal (which makes no sense since you posted it again anyways) or you can private message if you wish for more clarification.
