Rebuilding my contact/feedback link system for ease of access.
I'm also removing some clutter that I don't think anyone actually needs.
So in the end I'll have a pretty good contact/feedback system.

Cause let's face it: the current system definitely needs some upgrades.

Sometimes I can't understand where PMC arranges their categories.

I think it would be better if they had no categories and the categories they got now are basically tags users can use to filter out datapacks that has said tags in it. Or just to inform the users what things these datapacks modifies.

Because this is the second time I had my datapacks put in the wrong category based on what it has.

The first one was Composer, which is obviously more of a function datapack. It does have loot table elements, but only a tiny bit and not even enoough to be categorized as "loot table datapack".
The same can be said with Blacksmithing now, even though it's seperated into smaller packs, it's still more of a function datapack when all are combined.

So yeah, anyone know how the system works right now?
Cause that would be great to know.

Doing some more fiddling around: Appearantly the datapack category is selected based on the users' last selection.

Which is weird cause some people's last selection will be the thing that has the least in their datapack, some will be the most, ... its different for all of us basically.

    To make it clear:
    - The release of the same datapack for a new version of the game will now be called an "edition". Just to differentiate it from the datapack's version itself.
+ For example: Blacksmithing has 3 editions: the 1.13x edition, the 1.14x edition, and the 1.15x edition.
    Also, 1.16x editions coming soon!

Some of my datapacks, designed for pre-1.16x versions are world-specific.
This means I designed these heavily based on Minecraft world mechanics.
(For example: More Structures, Multiplayer Sleep ...)

However, with the introduction of 1.16's Custom Generation, Minecraft world mechanics can now be modified/edited at will (I will be using these for new concepts soon).
This means that I have to make it compatible with all custom worlds avaliable in vanilla Minecraft.

So yea, this is why I'm taking alot longer to release 1.16x datapacks, as I have to test out datapacks in alot of different world styles.
(compared to only 1 flat world in pre 1.16x versions - it works the same in all worlds then)

I'm doing this for you so you can be sure that in whatever world you decide to install this into (in vanilla Minecraft), it should still be working.

Just want to let you know that. Thanks for reading everything!

I'm going to release some brand new concepts soon.
These new concepts will be posted here first as a concept post, showing off how it's going to work in game.
Show your interest in these new concepts by sending me a diamond or comment to show me your thoughts.
If the concept post has enough diamonds aka interests, I'll make it happen.

Current Priority: Making all my datapacks compatible with the new 1.16 release.

Boop! Hey all you cool cats and kittens! Just a reminder, there are 4 days left in the PMC Lucky Block Data Pack Community Event! What's a lucky block, you ask? When you break a lucky block, there's a surprise inside! Woop woop!

What sort of surprise? Well, that's up to you. Once you figure out what sort of fun (or not so fun) surprise you want your lucky block to do when broken, all you have to do is change a few lines of code. It's easier than you think with the help of a framework and tutorial series by Bertiecrafter! Seriously, even if you're a beginner but you have a good idea, we encourage you to give it a go!

The final result will be a PMC Lucky Block Data Pack, stuffed with surprises made by Members!

Another quick reminder: The Interior Decorators Contest is now in its review phase. There are over 100 entries! Help your fellow PMCers get the the final judging phase by giving a diamond to your favorites.

Let's have a great week, buttercups!
