The next Chaos Legion lore series is gonna be a prequel, detailing the events that led to the formation of the Legion, as well as what happened after they came into being. There's a less detailed version of the story on the group's lore blog, but trust me, this is gonna be so much better.

As usual, chapter releases will be Tuesday at 5 PM EST, and LegendarySi will be checking the stories before they get published. I don't know when it'll come out, as I haven't made a cover nor started writing, but chapter 1 should hopefully come out before the end of the month.

Surprisingly, that's about it. The series doesn't really have any main antagonists, since part of it's about a civil war and the other part's about an alien invasion. (And yes, this is the first series I'm writing where one of the main characters isn't me, Si, Storm, or Peter.)

Chapters

Descent Into War	On a Planet Minecraft in another universe where the tensions are high between nations, a United Nations meeting is called to determine global resource distribution... a meeting that will prove detrimental to world peace.
A World Divided	The nations of PMC are now at war, and battles are being fought across the globe.
Order Out Of Chaos	A weary soldier named SB and his friend Violiie gather with their friends from across the world in the war-torn PMC City to discuss the formation of a militia to bring about order, unify everyone, and end their wretched war.
Invasion of the Astral Beasts	Just as the Chaos Legion begins their mission, their plans are halted - or possibly accelerated - by the arrival of monstrous aliens from the darkest regions of the galaxy, ones whose only purpose to kill and ravage.
Anarchy Island	The Chaos Legion embarks on their first military operation, setting course for the Astral Beast-ridden Chola Island on a mission to liberate it from the aliens.

Chapter 3 was obviously named after Peter, and 4 is a nod to Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

Postponed...

So... I'm casting this project down to development hell for a bit. Why? Well, I have a lot to do. In addition to school, I have to revise the rest of the chapters of PMC: War on the Nether for the anniversary blog, make 3 more updates to the lore blog so it can hit 4.0 by Tuesday, which is its 1-year anniversary, and then there's my Transformers fanfic. It's hard for me to write both at once, and back when I was working on PMC: The Mansion of Shivers and The PMC World War, I had postponed writing it until I finished the latter series. I'm really into writing it right now (the next chapter I'm writing is the one that introduces one of my favorite Decepticon subgroups) and it's making me wanna just rush through this series, but I don't wanna this to seem rushed. I want to take time to make it good, especially since it's the origin story for a group I love writing about. So yeah, this story's gonna go burn in (development) Hell until I'm ready to write it. When will that be? I don't know, especially since, once I finish book 4 of the fanfic, I move on to book 5, which is the one I'm most excited to write. For all I know, I could cancel it 6 months later, give you guys a truncated explanation of my plans for the series, and call it day, or I could save it for another of the group's anniversaries (most likely the 5-year one).
