Happy Friday PMCer's! Have you read our most recent interview with Gheppio? If you haven't, you should! He's created something unique and amazing - self replicating technology. His most recent project, Infinity Project, includes a self-building metropolis: a real functioning terraforming Redstone device.

Special Streaming Event Announcement!
Hello everyone!
As you probably know, my last project Infinity City includes a self-building metropolis: a real functioning terraforming Redstone device. This is the current apex of self-replicating machines, a technological field that I've basically invented myself in the last years :-)

Are you curious to learn more on how they work and do you want to discover how self-building cities are designed?

If yes, I have great news! I'm announcing a special streaming event on Twitch:
it'll be a guided tour in the Minecraft world I use as a laboratory for the Infinity Project. In the stream I'll show you how all the city's components function, how they are designed, and also some other cool things!
Special guest PMC will partecipate to the tour too, don't miss this unique event!

Interaction is important! During the event, feel free to ask anything you want in the Twitch chat; like any guided tour, I'll be there to answer your questions in real time :-D

Discussion Update!
On Thursday the replies system that you're used to on our forums was added to submissions! We used to have different systems to reply to threads vs submissions vs tickets and now they are unified. One system to make you feel at home no matter where you're leaving feedback. It's also allows us to focus on and further improve it while knowing all improvements benefit all sections.
- Advanced reply system added to submissions from Projects to Collections.
- Everyone that commented on submissions over the years was credited XP! Bing!
- Submission replies have emeralds (easy feedback), are reportable, can be directly linked.
- All of our replies across site now appear in our accounts allowing us to easily view sent, received & upvoted! You can access it anytime by clicking your member menu ( upper right of header) and clicking "Comments"
Bonus : Notable Forum updates!
- Table of Contents / Forum Index is now considered the default homepage of the forums.
- Forum threads fill the full site width. Thread creation & editing also fill the page. No distractions! :)
- Thread body is white + other design changes to improve readability of threads.
- Added "Oldest" order option to thread replies for those that prefer to read replies chronologically.

Many of you celebrated Minecraft's 10th anniversary with us and others around the globe! Cib made a collection of the submissions he came across. We adore StLee's skin, ~✿~ Minecraft @ 10 - a creeper skin with a flower crown wearing pig overalls! Who knew creepers could be so cute!?

World Of Wizards summarized their Minecraft journey in a wall post, including how the game spread through his family and friends and how thier current server came to be. You can read it here and check out their list of servers here!

As Cib said it perfectly in his forum discussion Celebrate Minecraft's 10th Anniversary, that's "10 years of crafting, building, slashing, clicking and tapping." Howdy, PMCer's! How's everyone's weekend going so far? DinowCookie did an amazing job summarizing all things spring on PMC, so we're sharing her post if you didn't get the opportunity to read it! In addition to spring things, there are several other non-spring community events being hosted on the site. Cyprezz has also been hard at work behind the scenes revamping some stuffs. We hope everyone's found something to participate in this month!

WEBSITE UPDATES
Cyprezz Launched an overhaul to our account and submission management systems! We hope you'll find everything easier and more pleasant to work with when it comes to managing your account, activities, and submissions.

New member account menu provides access to everything related to our account & site activities.
Submission
management was revamped to clarify & streamline the process for
every submission type and their various unique elements.
Better mobile support for submission management.
Back-end
code of submissions management, listing and display was refactored for
developer sanity and for future submission add-ons and introduction of
new content types.
Members that upload will see the many changes I'm not going to bother listing out here. :P
Please report all bugs small & large by opening a ticket.
Feedback and suggestions welcome!

Look, I created a spring themed pixel art divider! ^ 😄 Remember the Community Pixel Project? PMC is still accepting new dividers. Spring might just be a perfect occasion to pick up the pixel pencil again; blossom 🌸 flowers 🌹 bunnies 🐰 eggs 🥚 Members could use them to Spring Fling their profile!

At the end of the Spring Fling event, my fellow hosts PMC, Cyprezz and I will pick a couple of spring-themed profiles to highlight in the event conclusion. ^_^ Please tag us, or leave a comment on the Spring Fling event discussion forum thread to show us your decorated profile! Need some inspiration? The profiles of etqtay, mcrjellyfish & StLee make great examples.

I decorated mine too! And made these photos of spring available for you to freely use when decorating your own profile.

About the Spring Fling event, I've seen a lot of people refer to it as a contest but please remember that it's a non-competitive event, which means that your entries will not be judged and no top-3 of winners will be chosen. You can enter any combination of skins, blogs and projects. Up to five entries per participant are allowed and you can team up as well! 😁

There already are a total of 165 entries submitted into the event so far, and we still have 18 days to go! Do you have something planned? I'll be looking forward to what more is to come. These are some of my personal favorites so far:

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who participated in PMC Movie Night #2! If you missed this movie night, don't worry, we will have another one soon!

The Spring Fling Community Event has begun and is off to a great start! We're enjoying everyone's poems, spring photos, colorful skins, and projects! Unlike contests, your submissions will NOT be judged; this event is for pure fun! You can submit up to 5 spring themed things, in any or every category! Planet Minecraft Community Movie Night!

THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN REVEALED!!! Tonight we will be watching The Haunting of Herobrine! This movie has a runtime of 2 hours 21 minutes. So buckle in and pop some EXTRA Popcorn! We hope you're as excited as we are!!

On March 3rd 22:20 UTC DragonsDungeon completely conquered the trending skin page AND Pop Reel! The drending page was filled with Sonic skins - something Dragon's had been wanting to accomplish for quite some time now. Check out theAwesome Sonic Series to see the result of a collaborative effort!

Happy March! Though there’s still snow on the ground in a lot of places, photos like this one from MarkSarmite and this one from DinowCookie has us thinking spring!

Who’s ready for another movie night?! We will be working on posting a poll and have one up very soon for another fun-filled evening! Yay!

Also in the works is another PMC Community Event! We’re excited about this one and hoping to have it launched early April! Keep your peepers peeled!

Selectable & Sizeable Icons & Mentions. You can now highlight icons & mentions with text. More importantly, font-size now properly sizes our icons Ω to @ mentions to match your choosen font size.
Responsive & Compact Tables. Tables are still resize-able but now they are responsive to the device they are displayed on. They are also stored in a far more compact format allowing more space for more visible content.
Responsive Font-Sizes. All of our posts (submissions, threads, wall posts, etc) will now output font-sizes in a format that is more mobile / device friendly.
Right Click Menu Images & Tables. Quicker method to edit existing images & tables.
Better Safari Support. We now support back to Safari 10.
Increased internal limits on # codes & images allowed.

Few other mention-able updates

Recently Viewed Forum Threads. Added a pane in the side column of the forums that displays the last 5 threads you viewd for easy access.
Greenlight System. Once your submission is greenlit, it won't go back into the queue if you update it as a level 1.
Responsive Video Sizes restored. Youtube videos will now scale to fill the space they have available, desktop, mobile, widgets, etc.
Lazy Loading Images. We've brought back lazy loading images across the website and even in member-generated content. This should speed up mobile browsing and desktop alike while also saving your and our bandwidth.
Tickets. "something else" option fixed.
PMCSkin3D. Opening Files fixed & UI Icon sizes adjusted.
3rd Party Website Dialog. Websites on submissions that are shown as "primary blue" buttons will now display a dialog letting you know your about to leave our site. We added it to downloads about a week ago but now it's on websites as well.
Server Voting. Removed a spam check that was false flagging.
Mobile Ads. Set fixed mobile Ad dimensions to prevent content shifting as they load.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
Things are still lively over on this thread. Spygron is passionate about Planet Earth and is looking for other members to help with their cause! In their first forum post, they opened the discussion up about the problems Earth is facing - problems such as pollution, global warming, endangered animals, etc. This time they’re asking for action. Let’s see it happen!

The stories of No Game No life have now got full stories to be made into another TV sequel. The novel is long enough that a 24-episode season can be chosen out of it and still leave content for the third season as well. All the news that stated No Game No Life season 2 release date established has been broken.

Though any news on No Game No Life second season was not revealed we saw its movie recently. The anime is expected to return after the movie release. Though there is no clear communication on the release date, it is assumed to be released somewhere around the Fall in 2019.

If you are wanting to just get her to play Minecraft you can buy the game from https://minecraft.net/. From there you can download the game for Windows, Mac or Linux.

There is a button called multiplayer on the main menu in minecraft when you launch the game, click on multiplayer, then click on direct connect, a box should show up that you can type in saying "server address". This is where you put the address, copy and paste the server address or type it in manually and click "join server".
